Catherine Bianchi brings more than 30 years of real estate expertise in residential Real Estate. Unique strategies are designed for each client with the highest attention to detail and follow through. Catherine has extensive knowledge of the Arizona and Southern California real estate markets and excellent negotiation skills for clients buying and selling residences or investment properties. Catherine is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Arizona and California.

Originally from New York, Catherine graduated from The University of Buffalo in Economics. After moving the the West Coast she developed several entrepreneurial businesses in the pharmaceutical and wine industries. It did not take long though for her to follow her true passion into Real Estate, as an agent and as an avid investor, building, restoring and selling homes in the Phoenix, San Diego, Orange County areas as well as on the East Coast.

Catherine is also an artist mainly working in Plein Air style oil painting. Her love of the Arts has lead to extensive international travel and studies. This experience and her love of Interior Design are an essential part of her passion for residential Real Estate.
